I hate to be the one to ruin this for everybody, but the fish in fish hatcherys and fish farms are generally not good for your health provided that the farm is unsustainable. Being a Japanese restaurant I can only assume that this has to have some level of sustainabiity, but I’m still a little skeptic.
My only concern returning back someday is how vegan friendly it is ._. I lived there a looong time ago but circumstances were different ;P
