Excuse me? I’m very sorry to bother you, but my partner LOVES honey to death, but I can’t find the price of it any where! We plan on moving to Japan in a mere three years, and he can’t LIVE without honey! Do you know how much it costs? Thank you very much!

    ボリュームが少ないから足りたかどうか心配
    私も是非、あなたが日本の市民になることを願います。
Each train station will offer its own unique bento box with different key ingredients depending on the season. Travelling salesmen love to plan their trip based on the season, so that they can enjoy that city’s signature ingredient at that time of the year.

I can tell you one thing. Your English is a lot better than my Japanese.

If I were ever to get to Japan, I would try to find a time machine, so I could go back in time and try this bento.

I like riding trains, the best place to ride it is japan.

Ja ja ja… I always give my dog the carrot peelings… She loves them! :p It helps keep her breath at a comfy smell too. Lol.

May seem a silly question but can you keep the pickling brine or is it one use only? Seems a lot of vinegar to just pour down the drain. However I will be banishing boring work lunches this week nether the less! <3 your cooking!

No white rice? Usually it’s needed to balance out the saltiness and acidity of the vinegar and soy sauce.

So, I live in Japan, and let me just tell you I wish their bento boxes and miso shiru were as good as you make them. Sigh. Not homesick, just homesick for my home’s food<3 I’m 16 and my favorite food before I left was Chinese Take-Out Lo Mein, could you do a tutorial on that please? All the recipes I find have got it wrong!
