You cook it as you want.
Anyway we can cook curry rice very freely.

They’re in Japanese. And it doesn’t matter what the maker expects! It’s what my family wants to eat that’s important! :)

  7. NoNoSpice

You should follow the explanation on the back of the package, What you made was totally different from what the maker expected you to make.

  8. Sparkuus

Never heard of it. I think I’d like to try it, but no one else in the house could eat it!

I’d always thought it was related to international trade. I had no real reason to think that of course :)

As to how curry got to Japan- the Imperial Japanese Navy was trying to modernize, and was patterning itself after the British Navy, which had a long standing tradition of curry on it’s ships. The Japanese at the time tended to be on the short side, and decided that the reason most Westerners were so tall was diet– heavy in meat and vegetables. Thusm the Imperial Navy adopted British style curry– adapting it to Japanese tastes, and serving with rice (of course!).

I’d probably put a piece of cardboard up to block the view of me mixing the curry with the rice. I can’t imagine myself eating curry at the parting line. It is like focusing on the parting line on a person’s head.

    カレーのブロックを溶かすときは、鍋の火を切った方が溶けやすいですよ!

The quality of the carrots, or the quality of my cutting them? :) They tasted fine either way! :)

  14. Sparkuus

This is just how I was taught to make it! Just about EVERYTHING is optional! :) The spice sounds good to me, but my kids wouldn’t eat it, so I can’t make it that way!

How to identify if a commenter is anti-White and is inciting White genocide:

    1) They deny there is such a thing as White people or White countries.

    2) They scream about how evil White people are or blame them for something or other.

    3) They justify White genocide using a thousand different reasons.

    4) They demand White genocide/celebrate it.

    5) They say pro White dissidents should not be allowed to speak, because we are “evil”.

actually a lot of professional chef don’t have gloves on. they just wash their and with anti-bacteria soap every time even gordon ramsey don’t wear gloves because it is hard to cut and slices food which increase their chances of cutting their hands.

  21. APiece0fMyMind

Cooking at home is different. You’re cooking for yourself. In restaurants chefs and cooks should be wearing gloves for sanitary reasons.

  22. MiyukiItachi

pretty sure they wash their hands and it hard to slice fish with gloves on. pretty sure your parent didn’t wear gloves when they were cooking your food

It does looks delicious, but shouldn’t the chefs be wearing gloves ?
I wouldn’t wanna eat something that people were touching with their dirty hands and fingers,
